As part of #IChooseSADay, our chef team, led by Paul Senter, decided to show off some of the best producers in our region by creating a speciality dish – and of course, it sold out on the day! No wonder, when you serve up sour hotcakes with Kanmantoo Bacon and Peacock Honey salsa verde.

The dish included ingredients from SEVEN of our local producers and suppliers, including the wonderful Kanmantoo Bacon, Peacock Honey, Lauke Flour Mills, Tailem Bend Herbs, Murphy’s Crossing free range eggs, Farm Fresh Market Murray Bridge and Mikel’s Milk.
